About Marie Curie

Marie Curie was a Polish and naturalized-French physicist and chemist who discovered and conducted pioneering research on radioactivity. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize, in Physics, and with her later win, in Chemistry, she became the first person to claim Nobel honors twice. As a leading figure in science and a role model for women, she also championed the development of X-rays and was the first female professor at the University of Paris.

Gorgeous--size up!

I love this sweatshirt--the quality is super and the fabric is good and comfy without being too thick/thin. Although I checked measurements, clearly my estimations were off as I would have sized up had I seen it in person. This is NOT a super baggy sweatshirt! The length of the 8 is actually slightly shorter than the long-sleeve top, and the width is the same. Can't wait until the Ida B. Wells sweatshirt is available, and I may size up 2 sizes for even my narrow daughter! Thank you Piccolina for creating such meaningful clothing for kids :)
