Let down by quality and customer service, esp given price

Out of the package the raincoat had several places where there were dangling threads. Two of the areas with dangling threads were resolved with simple cutting, but another area with dangling threads lead to a small hole in the lining. I contacted costumer service and to date haven't heard any response. While I didn't pay full-price for the raincoat, I still think that paying ~$44 is an investment for children's clothes. I am very disappointed in the quality of the jacket and with costumer service's non-responsiveness.
